Therefore if you receive one of our products and it is faulty we will gladly refund you, provided the product is returned to us within 7 days and in new condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.

We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or order the incorrect garment or size. We are, however, more than happy to exchange any items you wish (subject to availability) or provide you with a store credit. Exchanges and credits must be returned within 7 days and in new condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Postage costs for returns and/or exchanges are at the customer's expense. All credit notes issued are valid for a period of 6 months.
